The Disbursement Plan specifies the objectives to be achieved by making disbursements from the Dormant Accounts Fund and the strategies for achieving those objectives. The Board published the Disbursement Plan in 2006.
These Annual Reports cover the period from the establishment of the Board on 4th January 2006 to 31st December 2008. The reports review the activities of the Board since its inception, progress made in the implementation of legislative obligations and functions and an account of financial activities.

The Evaluation of Alcohol Related Harm Projects was completed by Williamson Consulting on behalf of the Dormant Accounts Board in 2009, to assess the effectiveness of projects set up to strengthen community responses to alcohol related harm.
